The Pressure Session
Ninety minutes on the decision in front of you
— plus a follow-up to make sure it held.
The board meets Thursday. The offer expires Friday. The termination conversation is Monday morning. You don’t need a program; you need an experienced outside mind on this one situation, now. You bring the situation. I bring nearly two decades of coaching, more than 5,000 hours with executives, attorneys, and athletes, and a lifetime of performing when it counts.
The format has three parts, and the third is what makes it different. First, you send me a short written brief before we speak — a page, or ten honest bullet points — so our time starts at full depth. Second, we work the situation for ninety minutes until you have a plan you actually believe in. Third, within two weeks, we hold a 15-minute follow-up call after you’ve executed. In my method, no plan counts until it survives contact with reality — that follow-up is where we find out, and adjust if needed.
What’s included
Pre-session written brief with my review. One 90-minute working session by Zoom or phone, recorded on request. A 15-minute follow-up call within two weeks of the session.
What clients build here
A plan for one high-stakes situation, made with an outside mind and tested against reality two weeks later. A clear read on whether the pressure you’re feeling is situational or structural — and what that means for what you do next.
This is for you if you face a specific, near-term decision or event. It’s also the fastest, lowest-risk way to experience how I work.
This is not for you if the real issue is a long-standing pattern or a broad goal. I’ll tell you within the first ten minutes if that’s what I’m hearing, and point you to the right format.
Questions clients ask
How quickly can we meet? Usually within 48 hours. Genuine emergencies, often same day.
What goes in the brief? The situation, the stakes, the options you see, and what you’re afraid of. No polish. The more honest the brief, the more valuable the ninety minutes.
Does the fee credit toward a program? Yes — book any longer program within 30 days and this fee applies in full.
Investment: $750, due on booking.
