The Forged Executive Program
Five months. Five pressure domains.
One executive who performs differently at the end.
Pressure doesn’t hit every part of your leadership equally. Some leaders make brilliant decisions under fire but burn out their teams. Some hold a room effortlessly but freeze on the big call. The Pressure Performance Protocol™ maps five distinct domains where pressure acts on your performance — and this program works through all five, one per month, in a fixed sequence.
We begin with your Pressure Profile, a diagnostic that places you on my four-band rubric: Overtaken, Holding, Composed, or Forged. Then, month by month, we train each domain against your real workload — the deal on your desk, the reorganization you’re leading, the person you need to confront. Weekly calls set the work; between calls, you can reach me directly by phone, Zoom, or email when pressure arrives off-schedule, as it always does. In month five, we re-run the Profile. You’ll see the movement in the data, and the people around you will have already seen it in the room.
What’s included
Five months of weekly private calls (30–40 minutes). Direct access to me between calls. The Pressure Profile diagnostic at the start and a full re-assessment at the close. Monthly domain assignments tied to your actual goals. Session recordings on request.
What clients build here
Command of the situations that used to cost them sleep. A promotion case, board relationship, or turnaround advanced measurably in five months. A documented before-and-after on the performance rubric. A method they keep using long after we finish — the Protocol is trained, not rented.
This is for you if you’re an executive, senior manager, attorney, or owner carrying a consequential goal over the next several months, and you’ll do assigned work between calls.
This is not for you if you want open-ended conversation on a relaxed schedule, or if your challenge is one contained situation rather than your overall performance under load — start with The Pressure Point or The Pressure Session instead.
Questions clients ask
Why five months? Because the Protocol has five domains, and each one deserves a month of focused training. The duration isn’t a package size — it’s the method.
What does direct access between calls mean in practice? It means the night before the board meeting, you don’t wait for Tuesday. Reach me; I respond quickly. Nearly two decades of clients have used this exactly as intended: sparingly, and when it matters most.
Can my company sponsor this? Yes — many clients are company-sponsored. My sponsor reporting framework shows your organization progress and engagement while keeping session content confidential under ICF ethical standards.
What happens after month five? Most clients finish and apply the method on their own; that’s the design. Some continue into The Iron Compass Year or the Black Belt Retainer. There’s no pressure either way — the re-assessment tells us both what’s true.
Investment: $9,500, due 45 days before the start of the engagement. If the engagement start date is requested on shorter notice, payment is due on the day of acceptance.
