The Composed Leadership Circle
Twelve leaders. Every other week for six months.
Pressure skills built the way skills actually build.
Most leadership training is an event — two energizing days, a workbook, and by spring, nothing is different. Skills don’t form at events. They form through repetition with feedback over time; every athlete and every martial artist knows it, and the research on behavior change agrees. The Circle is leadership development built on that fact.
A cohort of up to twelve managers and executives meets every other week for six months — twelve 90-minute sessions, scheduled to accommodate participants across time zones, recorded and circulated to all. Each session takes one leadership-under-pressure theme from the Pressure Performance Protocol™ — decision-making under stress, difficult conversations, managing team energy, accountability without fear, recovery and resilience — and pairs it with live coaching on situations members actually bring from their desks that week. The biweekly rhythm is the point: practice a skill, run it in the real world for two weeks, come back and report what happened, refine, repeat. Cohorts start twice a year, and enrollment closes 60 days before each cohort begins.
For organizations, the Circle doubles as a workplace wellness investment. Companies sponsor seats for their leadership bench through Workplace Wellness Impact, with sponsor reporting that shows participation and thematic progress while protecting what individuals share.
What’s included
Twelve biweekly 90-minute sessions over six months, recorded and circulated. A twelve-theme curriculum built on the Protocol. Live coaching on real member situations in every session. Sponsor-facing reporting for corporate seats.
What clients build here
Twelve pressure skills practiced in the real world between sessions rather than absorbed in a room and forgotten. A cohort of peers who watched you work on the same problems for six months. Habits that outlast the program, because they were built at the pace habits are actually built.
his is for you if you’re a rising manager or executive building your capacity under pressure — or an HR or L&D leader who needs development that fits real calendars and real budgets. At $200 per session, one seat costs less than a single conference and keeps working for six months.
This is not for you if you intend to watch recordings and stay silent. The live work is where the skill forms.
Questions clients ask
Can we run a private Circle for our company alone? Yes — a dedicated cohort of up to twelve of your leaders, with themes tuned to your organization. Contact me for corporate terms.
What happens when someone misses a session? The recording goes out to everyone. Sponsors see attendance in their reports, so patterns of absence are visible — by design.
If my employer pays, what do they see? Participation and thematic progress. Never the content of what any individual says. This follows the same ICF-aligned confidentiality framework I use in all sponsored engagements.
Investment: $2,400 per participant for the six-month cohort, due 45 days before the cohort begins.
